| Our distribution is
done through our Warehouse in San Diego California. Our
warehouse employs 15 part-time and full-time employees and
occupies 21,000 sq. ft. Finished merchandise is shipped
from our factory in Mexico, clears customs and then is sent to
our warehouse in San Diego for distribution. Our warehouse
foremen, who keep meticulous records and order tracking, then
pack each order with a computerized pick-ticket to assure
accuracy. Once again the merchandise goes through one last
quality control check before packing. We ship UPS, Fed Ex,
or any other specified carrier. The complete process is
captured into our robust computer network system for easy
tracking. We have the latest technology at our fingertips
to make our operation as lean and cost-effective as possible,
while maintaining our superior customer service. All our
goods are UPC bar-coded for fast recognition and accurate
inventory control.
We also re-route and track all raw materials
that are purchased from around the world. Once the raw
materials arrive and are checked, they are sent to our customs
broker for all customs procedures, and then shipped to the
factory. |
